Our Story

What started as a frivolous idea to become Olive growers has since grown into an award-winning family business, where every olive tree is a labour of love and every ounce of olive oil tells its own unique story. As a small team of three, we are committed to sustainable harvesting to preserving traditional practices, ensuring you enjoy the finest Tasmanian produce with a focus on environmental responsibility.

Our Grove

Our grove is more than just a collection of trees; it’s a living testament to the rich, fertile soils of Tasmania. Each of our 2,000 olive trees is meticulously tended to, ensuring optimal growth and a rich, full flavour profile in every olive. From the mighty Manzanillo to the notorious Nevadillo, our diverse range of varieties means that you’ll find an olive to suit every taste and preference.

 

Our Produce

We take pride in offering products that are wholly sourced and harvested from our own land. Each step of the process, from branch to bottle, is handled with care and dedication. Our olives are hand-harvested at their peak ripeness, ensuring that every drop of our olive oil is bursting with flavour and nutritional goodness.
